Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. To process a return, please follow the steps below. There may be a 10% administrative charge for some items (Refer to our terms and conditions):

1.E-mail customerservices@graficartwebstore.co.uk for a return authorization
2.Return the item with the original packing slip (Items will not be accepted without this).
3.Secure merchandise in original packaging if available and enclose the original packing slip.
4.Return merchandise in "as new" condition (See terms and conditions).
5.You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Dispatching charges are not refundable.

We recommend all returned items are sent by recorded delivery for additional security as items.
