1. Price Information

The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the GraficArt web store site. Prices in our online web store may be higher or lower than shown.   Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online.  All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price.  In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.

 

2. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards, our current payment facilitators for credit and debit card are:

Cheque, Postal Order and Cash:

We also accept payment by personal and business cheque, Postal orders and cash. We will not accept liability for mislaid cash in transit and recommend that customers do not send money by post. We also do not accept responsibility for lost cheques or postal orders in transit and recommend that customers send payment by recorded delivery or proof of posting. Items will only be despatched once cheques and/or postal orders have cleared our bank, which usually takes between 5 to 7 working business days (Not including weekends and bank holidays). Items will then be processed for despatch, which may take a further 3 full working business days. It is recommend that customers seek advice on postal lead times prior to despatching payment. Payment sent by 2nd class post will take longer to process.

When paying by cash, Postal Order or cheque customers should also send details of the item being purchased (including item ref no) along with their full name and address and email address. If these details are omitted when sending payment, the despatch of an item when payment has cleared our bank, will be delayed, whilst our staff seek correct postal details.

Other methods of payment by customers are possible (Overseas Customers may wish to ‘wire money’ or pay by international cheque or money order). Customers should contact us in the first instance for confirmation, as an additional fee may be necessary in these circumstances.

Payment difficulties should be notified to us by email as soon as possible.

Customers, who purchase an item from our GraficArt web store, will automatically receive an emailed order confirmation. Customers will be expected to honour their purchase and pay for the item they have ordered. GraficArt web store should receive payment or Cheque, within 7 days following the order. Payment difficulties should be notified to us by email as soon as possible.

If it becomes apparent that a customer has received the item they have ordered and have not paid (Due to cheque cancellation, referral credit/debit card dispute action etc) then action will be taken to recover monies owed including further costs attributed to obtaining payment including court action costs if necessary.

It is the policy of GraficArt web store to pursue all outstanding payments, by lawful means and court action if necessary.

3. Validation Checks
All credit and debit card holders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and GraficArt. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit and debit cards GraficArt may validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. GraficArt do not obtain or hold debit or credit card details.

Whilst GraficArt web store  will endeavour to prevent the fraudulent use of credit and debit facilities we will not accept responsibility or liability for the fraudulent purchase of any of our products.

4. Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to a certain amount. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.

5. Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, the European Union and rest of the world although for deliveries to EU countries, non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands will be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time.  Total delivery charges to the UK, EU and Rest of the World,  are illustrated during the ‘Shopping Basket’ and ‘Check out’ process of GraficArt web store web site.

Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work address.

Your order will be delivered either by one of the Royal Mail delivery services.  A may be required on delivery for all Royal Mail Recorded and Special  Delivery Services. 

GraficArt web store retains the right to use other methods of delivery including courier deliveries, as long as these do not impinge on delivery lead times as stated.

5a.  Delivery Charges
If a product is available to purchase online, post and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown (Unless otherwise stated).

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.  The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the destination it is being delivered to.

Delivery charges from our GraficArt web store website will be illustrated during the shopping basket and checkout phase.

When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically.  The total delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.

5b. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).  In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

We will aim to despatch your chosen item within 3 working days of receipt of payment by credit /debit card or 3 working days after clearance of your cheque to our bank account (See terms concerning payment by cheque). We therefore aim to deliver your chosen item/s within 7 working days following the day of receipt of payment, providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.

Deliveries to non- UK Mainland (Overseas) or remote locations may take longer.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Goods delivered by courier or Royal Mail Recorded delivery should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  All deliveries must be signed for.  If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

Royal Mail will only hold on to items for 7 days then return them to our main office. We will re-despatch items on return but this will incur a further fee. Items can take up to 4 weeks to return to this office.

We will despatch items by ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘Next day’ delivery at an additional fee and so long as the order is in stock, has been paid for and is placed by 3pm the day prior to delivery. Special Delivery orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the next working day. The customer must contact us direct by 3pm the day previous to arrange this facility. GraficArt web store will not accept liability for an item not delivered in time when the item has been despatched in accordance with our terms and conditions and the item is out of our control. Late delivery Compensation may be available through Royal Mail as they are the delivery agents.


IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.  We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Customers should contact us after 7 working days (not including weekends or national bank holidays) following the day of purchase of their chosen item (refer to terms when payment is by cheque), if they have not received their item or they have not received a delivery card from the Royal Mail or Courier Service.

We will not consider replacing items or refunding monies, if damaged items are not reported within 3 days following the day of receipt.


6. After-sales Service and Guarantees
Where applicable, details of manufacturers guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the product.
If you would like to receive a copy of a guarantee for a particular product prior to purchase, please contact us.


7. Restrictions on Ordering, Delivery and personal collection of items

Items cannot currently be ordered by phone. Delivery of items will only be done inline and within our terms and conditions. Items cannot be collected direct from our premises as we do not have the facility to operate this process and items may not be available at the time of calling.


8. Complaints and Queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service or if you have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online, please either e-mail us or use the contact us section of our web site. 9. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item, which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 7 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Electronic Goods can only be exchanged if faulty or if returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Methods of return are as follows:


By Post. Items, priced less than £20.00 should be returned by proof of posting, you are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning these items by post. You must return items that cost in excess of £20.00 by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by a Courier Service that will require a signature on receipt. Sufficient attention and care should be taken when packaging items for return, to ensure that no further damage occurs in transit. (GraficArt will refuse to replace an item or make a refund if it is considered that the item was not sufficiently packaged prior to its return and was subsequently damaged)

Items will only be replaced once the original has been returned for inspection. GraficArt reserves the right to refuse a refund or replace an item when it is considered that the item was damaged following delivery and receipt by the customer.

Items that have been personalised (ie personalisation on Tax disc holders) in line with our personalisation terms will not be eligible for replacement or refund unless GraficArt web store has made an error.



10.  Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price.  Electrical items can only be exchanged if faulty or returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact.  Simply return it to us by one of the following method.

By Post. Items that are priced £20.00 or less should be returned by proof of posting, you are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning these items by post. 11. Colour Reproduction

Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow and customers are informed that this should be taken into consideration prior to purchasing an item as a refund will not be considered on this basis.

12. Safe Shopping Guarantee

We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with GraficArt web store is as safe as purchasing by card in a regular store. Streamline Merchant facilities and Protx secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. By making payment by your credit or debit card , at no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption.

13. Quality Control

All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch for imperfection and/or damage. It is not our policy to release items that are considered inferior or are not up to standard and every effort is made to make sure items are despatched in secure and robust packaging to ensure protection against damage in transit.

14. Feedback Policy when purchasing through eBay and our online website guestbook.

We are reasonable e-commerce traders who take all complaints and concerns seriously. We consider that a transaction is complete when a customer has paid for, has received and is happy with the purchase of their chosen item. We invite all customers give feedback on their purchase and should do this through the ‘Contact Us’ facility on our GraficArt web store website.

We process many sales transactions daily, it is not possible to respond to a customers feedback immediately, we therefore process our feedback returns on a 2 weekly basis

We will only respond to customer’s feedback on our GraficArt Website, if an unsatisfactory, concern or complaint is received, in which case we will act to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.

If a customer has a complaint or concern about the our service or product of their choice, they should email us in the first instance or use the ‘Contact Us’ facility of our GraficArt web store website, as we will work to resolve all issues.

 

15. Personalisation, Additional Features, Optional Extra’s and Special Commissions.

All products and items advertised by GraficArt web store are sold as illustrated. Where an item is available with optional additional features, such as ‘Personalisation’ or optional additional components, then these will incur an additional price as stated on our web site.

Customers who wish to commission the production of an item that is not advertised on our GraficArt web store web site should contact us by email in the first instance. Special Commissioned items will incur a new price which will be quoted after consideration of all cost and time factors involved.

16. Bulk orders from Commercial Customers.

Bulk orders from commercial customers are welcomed and a quote with a reduction on retail prices will be drafted dependant on the quantity of the order and other additional cost and time factors involved. 17. Contact Terms

GraficArt web store endeavours to provide a high quality service along with high quality products priced at reasonable prices. We do not aim to be ‘cheap’ and acknowledge that some of our prices may be higher than some of our competitors (Normally when the product has been enhanced or customised). We do constantly strive to seek and source suppliers of high quality automotive styling products, then sell them to customers at competitive prices along with a high level of service. To do this we aim to provide a facility for quick and efficient communication with customers during the purchase and delivery process of their chosen item/s.

Customers can contact us by email or by using the ‘Contact Us’ portal of our GraficArt web store web Site. Our aim is to respond to all email queries and questions within 48 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays which will be responded to the next working business day*) during business days (Monday to Friday). We do not operate a facility for landline telephone to answer queries as an online retail service. We will in exceptional circumstances provide a telephone contact number if necessary.

18. Opening times and Business Hours.

GraficArt web store web site hours of business are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although we facilitate an on line service 24 hours a day 7 days a week where you can purchase from our own web site www.graficartwebstore.co.uk or purchase and bid on products placed on our eBay web shop.

*From time to time it may be necessary to work outside our normal business hours and on these occasions we will respond to your questions and queries outside of the times notified above and in our contact terms at para 17.

Your statutory rights are not affected
